How it works

We collect, wash off site, and deliver back — you never have to move the rug yourself

Away for the season?

Rugs are regularly collected from houses the owner is not in, through a property manager, a caretaker or a neighbour with a key, and returned before you come back down. Say so in the form and tell us who holds access. Condition is photographed at collection either way.

How the wash works

Rug soaked by a burst pipe, storm water or a leak?

Wet rugs are run ahead of routine work where the schedule allows. Do not wait for the adjuster to call back — the first forty-eight hours decide whether the rug is recoverable, and a fan pointed at it does not count as drying.
